This is going to be my favorite solid Korean meal because it's all you need to get good nutrition and value.

It's a great poke bowl, except the marinade is just a mixture of Korean chili paste. (25)

It's a new way to have your sashimi and it's unlike any other sashimi dish you can have because of the delicious and spicy ingredients that are thrown into it.

There is usually a mix of salmon, tuna and albacore with a little squid or octopus. All these cuts are weak and add a lot of protein to your diet. Yukgaejang is every other highly spiced Korean soup that features big chunks of rendered meat that is incredibly smooth after hours of sluggish cooking.

It’s a dish that in reality functions Korean meat and stews absolutely well and is a dish that everyone Koreans like to consume. (21)

It’s filled with protein and has hardly ever any carbs so it’s high-quality for all of those keto dieters out there looking for a few Korean meals.

If you could devour carbs, I recommend you consume this with a bowl of rice and revel in the outstanding aggregate you get with the 2.

Allows check the nutrition statistics and notice what goes inside of your ordinary yukgaejang meal.

For each four grams of fat, there are five grams of carbs and seven grams of protein.

Korean Fried Chicken is very popular, but Jjim Dak or Korean Spicy Chicken doesn't always get the limelight.  It is a more traditional dish than fried chicken in Korea because it does not have bread and is usually boiled or baked. (20)  There are tons of flavors you can get from this dish, the best part is that it provides good nutrition and can be added to any healthy food.

It's a great way to spice up your chicken if you want to get away from the usual lemon chicken or salt and pepper chicken. Let's take a look at the nutrition and see what goes into a Jjim Dak dish.

For 9 grams of fat, there are 16 grams of carbohydrates and 14 grams of fat. Macros are good for the chicken dish so you can eat it as it has nothing to take away.

Miyuk Gook or seaweed soup is delicious on birthdays and is a traditional Korean food.   It is a simple dish with a delicious flavor from seaweed and sesame oil. It's amazing what this food mix produces and it's even better when you add protein to the mix.

Beef and seaweed soup is Korean soul food and is commonly eaten in many Korean homes. Try it next time you're at a Korean restaurant or try making it at home, it's so easy! (12)

Let's take a look at what goes into a typical seaweed soup and check the nutritional information.  For every 3.5 grams of fat, you'll get 8 grams of carbs and 8 grams of protein. This is good because the fat is low and the protein and carbohydrates are in a ratio of 1:1.

You can eat a lot of it and stay within your health goals. Just be sure to add protein and fiber to other meals.

5. Bean sprout soup

Bean sprout soup-upload the energy of rice (20).Png

Bean sprout soup is a dish you could discover in every Koreans gathering as it's far the sort of famous soup among Koreans human beings.

There’s something about the simplicity of this dish that is so appealing that is interesting as it’s flavor especially comes from bean sprouts and soy sauce. (6)

It acts as a side dish that is paired with rice and galbi (Korean quick ribs).

There’s a special taste you get from the mixture of the 3 that is why I suppose bean sprout soup is so popular among Koreans.

Permit’s take a look at the nutrients data and see what goes inside a regular bean sprout soup.

For every zero.5 grams of fat, there are 2 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein.

You most effectively get 15 calories in keeping with serving as this will’t truly act as a meal on its own.

Our tip right here is to pair this food with some lean meats and to get a few carbs like rice into the mix as well.

6. Red meat soup with greens

Korean Foods, Weight Loss, Healthy Korean Foods, witlifestylist,

If there’s something that Koreans do high-quality, it’s their stews and soups.

Korean pork soup is one of the exceptional things you may consume on a wintry weather night or if you’re someone that just loves the flavor of rice and soup. (7)

It has large chunks of oxtail or brief rib in there and it has a brilliant savory and spicy flavor to it.

There’s nothing in reality just like the flavor combination of ingesting this dish with a bowl of rice, a few galbi, and some kimchi on the facet.

If you visit a Koreans restaurant, I suggest that you try a few red meat soups with some rice.

Permit’s check the nutrients information and spot what is going inside an ordinary red meat soup dish.

For every 5 grams of fats, there are nine grams of carbs and eight grams of protein.

That is a pretty balanced set of macros so it’s absolutely great to consume this as its very own meal.

7. Kalguksu (knife reduce noodles)

Korean Foods, Weight Loss, Healthy Korean Foods, witlifestylist,

That is a dish that is finally getting recognized throughout the world and is now competing with some of the famous xi’an style noodles you can find in the media.

I was recently looking at a netflix display called “road meals” in which they featured a korean chef who made these noodles to guide her family. (10)

It became lovely to look at how she dealt with and created the noodles by hand and it was interesting to peer at her noodles to get the recognition it merits.

I extraordinarily recommend you watch that show if you need to recognise the scrumptious flavors that kalguksu has to provide.

Allows to test the nutrients records of a typical kalguksu dish. For each 2.5 grams of fat, there are 19 grams of carbs and 7 grams of protein. For a noodle dish, that is quite awesome because the fats are low and the protein is high. There are the simplest 19 grams of carbs in keeping with serving which makes this meal very low priced in terms of calories and macros.

Our tip right here is to make certain you have some better protein food for the duration of the day. You could actually benefit from more protein here.
